Elmo's Closet pet collars are soft, strong, stylish, and available in a great variety of fun and novel prints. The outside of the collar is covered in naturally hypoallergenic 100% cotton. This keeps pet fur from matting and breaking as well as significantly reduces skin irritation. The inside of the collar has a strong polypropylyne webbing which does not absorb water. They are quick-drying when wet which significantly reduces bacteria and odor. Only the highest quality study hardware is used. They are machine washable and hand crafted in the USA just for your pet!
